As the motor's internal temperature increases, the resistance of the conductors increases, further leading to inefficient operation. With these in mind, it is important to keep motors well ventilated.

For this purpose, Rexroth Bosch designed the MAD motor series to introduce a class of motors with an integrated surface-mounted fan. The MAD130D-0150-SA-S2-FG0-35-N3 is a specific product model that incorporates an axial blower fan, capable of maintaining a mean air volume of 350 cubic meters per hour during operation.
