Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch's MAD130D-0150-SA-S0-BH1-35-N1 motor is commonly used in heavy industrial production lines, where it provides stability and high precision. This type of motor has a winding code of "0150", which enables it to function with high torque and at the same time allows it to work under different rates of operational load. It has an axial fan cooling system (SA) to ensure a safe temperature especially when in use for a long time. Also, it has a single-turn absolute encoder S0 which has 512 increments to provide basic position feedback.
The motor has standard bearings identified as N and also has a vibration severity grade of R=1. Conventional bearings support the motor shaft by eliminating chances of friction and offering smooth rotation. The choice of its design, material, and configuration is the major determinant of motor efficiency, performance, and power. Proper winding reduces heat production as well as prolongs the life span of the motor. The R=1 vibration severity grade describes low vibration intensity during operation necessary for precise operations. Less vibration is not only beneficial for the motor components but also for other equipment which is coupled to it, since vibrations cause wear-outs much faster and contribute to a limited system's lifespan.
The motor also has a mounting design "35", which gives an option for attachment using both flange and foot. It also provides two mounting opportunities that enable the motor to be easily installed in different positions and settings. Flange mounting is provided to mount the motor on one face and foot mounting is facilitated to mount the motor on the bottom face of the equipment. This versatility is particularly important for industrial applications.
