Part of the MAD series of Asynchronous servo motors, the MAD130D-0150-SA-N0-BQ0-35-V1 is a 24.3 kW servo motor with a speed rating of up to 7500 rotations per minute. This Asynchronous servo motor is designed to output torque of 155 Nm when at rated operating conditions while at maximum speed it can go up to 375 Nm. This motor has a torque constant of 3.09 Nm making this motor design efficient. This motor does not feature an encoder, hence it can be used for applications such as drilling and spinning textile machines.
This motor features an internal cooling fan which is attached to the motor's axial, also known as an Axial fan, that requires 400 to 480 Volts AC of input voltage to operate. The fan works by circulating the ambient air within the housing of the motor by creating an intake from side B of the motor, which is the rear, and exiting from side A which is the front end of the motor. This air circulation helps keep the motor coil cool, helping dissipate less power in heat, and making the motor perform better and efficiently. This motor has a Thermal time constant rating of 55 minutes which is the amount of time it takes for the motor to reach 63% of the final temperature value of the motor's coil.
Since this motor can output high torques, the MAD130D-0150-SA-N0-BQ0-35-V1 has a centering diameter of 130 mm which helps keeps the shaft aligned and also keeps the motor balanced and free from vibrations.
