Product Description
Part of the MAD series of Asynchronous motors, the MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-KQ0-35-V1 offers a torque rating of 155 Nm while spinning at a rated speed of 1000 rpm. The motor is capable of generating a power of up to 24.3 kW which is perfect for heavy machinery in an industrial setup. It has a high current rating of 61.5 Amperes and can produce a standstill torque of 170 Nm which is perfect for robotics. The motor is also efficient since for every ampere of current it produces a torque of 3.09 Nm.
This 3-pole design motor has a low inertial torque of 0.164 kg·m² that it benefits from when it comes to adjusting the speed of the rotation quickly. Thanks to the very high-speed bearings (V), this motor can generate a rotation speed of 7500 rpm. When at the maximum speed of 7500 rpm, this motor can also generate a torque of up to 375 Nm allowing it to rotate heavy loads. When the motor is not functioning under rated conditions, it has a derating speed of 1000 rpm. To combat heat generated by high speeds, the MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-KQ0-35-V1 features a 3-phase 460-volt AC axial blower fan. The motor has a thermal time constant of 55 minutes which helps the motor mitigate the heating effect fairly quickly. The motor is also fairly quiet as its average noise pressure is around 75 dB.
This motor can also be installed in dusty areas thanks to its IP 65 protection rating which not only protects it from dust but also protects it against low-level water splashes. The motor is designed to be installed in areas that have an ambient temperature range between 0 to 40°C. This motor is also designed to be operated as a servo and comes with a multiturn absolute encoder with 2048 increments, using the EnDat 2.1 interface, offering accurate positioning
