Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDyn A motor family comprises the asynchronous box motors of the MAD series cooled via surface cooling with permanently-connected fan units. They are used as rotary main and servo drive motors in machine tools and printing and paper-processing machines.
The MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-EK0-35-V1 is a MAD motor model with a compact and robust design, allowing it to withstand harsh environmental conditions like dust, vibration, and heat. It is equipped with a squirrel-cage rotor with a moment of inertia of 0.1640000 kgm2. This low-maintenance rotor contributes to the motor’s smooth operation with its symmetrical structure that minimizes rotor vibrations and harmonics. The bearing in the MAD model is the reinforced type, featuring an additional cylindrical roller bearing on the output side. It can absorb increased radial forces and has a nominal service life of 30,000 operating hours. Because of its B35 frame shape, the MAD model can be attached via foot assembly or flange assembly.
Like other IndraDyn A motors, the MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-EK0-35-V1 is IP-65-rated per DIN 40 050. This means it is touch-proof, dustproof, and safe from the penetration of water jets sprayed at it from different directions. Its integrated encoder system for position detection is the multiturn absolute encoder with the EnDat2.1 interface. The output shaft in the MAD motor has a keyway per DIN 6885-1 and guarantees the form-locking transmission of torques with constant direction and low requirements. Its rated speed is 1,000 revolutions per minute, while its maximum speed is 7,500 revolutions per minute. It has 3 pole pairs and generates a maximum torque of 374.6Nm. The permitted ambient temperature for the motor’s operation ranges between 0oC and 45oC.
