Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s air-cooled MAD motors are low-maintenance units used as main and servo drives for various rotary driving tasks. They have a design optimized for a prolonged service life with several features for high functionality. These motors are used in metal-forming machines and machine tools.
The MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-BP1-35-V1 is a MAD asynchronous box motor model in Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDyn A motor generation. Its housing is coated with a black varnish with protective properties against potentially harmful agents such as sewage, sweater, current mineral oils, and dilute acids and lyes. This coat also limits the effects of hydraulic oils and organic solvents on the motor. Like others in the series, this model is tailored to the requirements of the IP 65 Ingress Protection class according to EN 60529. This means it does not admit solid external materials and water jets sprayed at it from different directions. Such a design permits its use under adverse conditions without the risk of damage, extending the motor’s service life.
An electrically-released holding brake of 80Nm torque is integrated into the MAD130D-0150-SA-M2-BP1-35-V1 to hold the axes when it comes to a standstill. It also has an output shaft balanced with an entire key and a shaft sealing ring. This keyway meets the standard of DIN 6885-1 and allows form-locking torque transmission with constant direction and low requirements for the shaft-hub connection. Its sealing ring makes it suitable for attachment in dusty environments and moist rooms as it prevents fluids from entering the motor through its shaft. A squirrel-cage rotor is present in this MAD model to promote its energy-efficient operation with low maintenance requirements. It has a moment of inertia of 0.1640000 kgm2.
