A MAD series spindle motor MAD130D-0100-SA-S2-BP5-35-N1 is introduced by Rexroth Indramat. Its motor frame size is 130 and its frame length is D. The winding in this motor is 0100 and it contains an axial fan, a blowing type of cooling system. A Singleturn Absolute encoder, EnDat2.1 is also present with 2048 increments. An electrical connection is made through the connector side B in this motor. The connection voltage of DC 24 ± 10 % V is generatable with this motor. The shaft comes with a shaft sealing ring and is balanced with the entire key.

The Holding brake in this motor is electrically clamped (100 Nm). For an electrically clamped holding brake the transmittable torque is 100 Nm. Also, the maximum permissible braking energy in this motor version is 30000 Ws. An 8000 RPM of maximum speed brake is possible with this motor.
