MAD130D-0100-SA-S2-AP1-05-N1 is a high-performing servo motor of the MAD series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It features surface cooling facilitated by permanently connected fan units. The compact size and energy-efficient design of this motor allow it to provide outstanding performance at low operational costs. It comes with single-turn absolute encoder with EnDat2.1 interface. Its encoder also features a data memory that holds all relevant motor parameters required for easy and accurate commissioning. Its electrically releasing holding brake automatically engages to hold axes at a standstill when the controller is deactivated or the supply voltage fails.
Its rated torque of 170 Nm makes sure it runs perfectly within normal operating conditions. The rated power it can deliver is 17.80 kW. This power helps the motor to operate efficiently over an extended period. The rated current it can draw under usual circumstances is 43.7 A, whereas the maximum current drawn by it to handle peak loads is 93.4 A. The rated speed of this motor is 1000 revolutions per minute (RPM), and its key speed to meet specific operational requirements is 500 RPM. The continuous current this motor can draw while holding a load without moving is 47.8 A.
