Product Description
Rexroth Bosch Group is the developer of the MAD130C-0250-SA-M2-AH0-05-N1 motor, which is suitable for a wide range of rotary drive applications. It is the most commonly used motor because of its low cost and easy maintenance. These AC electric motors are asynchronous, as they run by electromagnetic induction and have no connection with the rotor. The starting torque required for the motor to start itself is provided by the additional damper winding. The motors of the MAD series have a passive rotor that produces an asynchronized speed because of the resistance and slip. The torque is generated in the motor when the rotor is out of phase or at a right angle with the stator.
The MAD130C-0250-SA-M2-AH0-05-N1 motor is a product of the MAD series and has 130 size, C length, 0250 type winding, and surface cooling. An ordinary or single-turn encoder cannot measure the position or number of rotations simultaneously; therefore, a multiturn encoder is integrated into the motor to ensure the precise measurement of both. The recommended or standard plain shaft is used in this MAD motor, which offers a friction-free and zero-backlash connection of shaft-hub with a high level of smoothness.
This motor offers flexibility in choosing the type of connection, and these connector options include 17, 12, or 10-pole flange sockets. The MAD 130B motor is well-balanced by a key and offers easy installation because of flange mounting. Only the user under his responsibility may make changes to the key. The motor has an optional shaft seal on the side of the flange that is rated IP 65 for protection. Therefore, impermeability is only guaranteed against splashing fluids.
