Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDyn A motors are asynchronous box motors with squirrel-cage rotors. The MAD motors in this product line are compact surface-cooled motors used as rotary main and servo drive motors. They are used in paper-processing and printing machines and metal-forming machines.
The MAD130C-0200-SA-S7-AG0-05-N3 is a high-performance asynchronous motor in Bosch Rexroth’s MAD series. It features a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring, providing a non-positive, non-floating shaft-hub connection. Its sealing ring corresponds to DIN 3760 - Design A, making the motor suitable for attachment in dusty and moist environments. Clamping sets, pressure sleeves or clamping elements are used for coupling the machine elements to be driven. The mounted axial fan in the MAD model generates air currents guided by air baffles over its surface. They ensure efficient heat dissipation facilitated by temperature differences. This motor also has a B05 frame shape for flanged attachment. It has a thermal time constant of 30.0 minutes and can accommodate a maximum current of 106.7A.
To ensure its smooth operation, the MAD130C-0200-SA-S7-AG0-05-N3 is equipped with standard bearings consisting of deep-groove ball bearings. These bearings are made from high-quality materials and are designed to be durable, extending the motor’s service life. They can withstand high rotational speeds with minimal risk of overheating or premature wear. The MAD model can be safely operated even under harsh environmental conditions thanks to its IP-65-rated design, meaning it is touch-proof, dustproof, and safe from water jets. It generates a maximum torque of 252.9Nm and has 3 pole pairs. This motor has a rated speed of 2,000 revolutions per minute but can achieve a maximum speed of 7,500 revolutions per minute.
