Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive products and its IndraDyn A motors are highly functional units which can be combined to yield intelligent drive solutions with high power density. Their applications include metal-forming machines and machine tools.
The MAD130C-0200-SA-S2-BG0-05-A1 is a Bosch Rexroth induction motor in the MAD series. It is equipped with a plain output shaft designed to ensure a non-positive, non-floating shaft-hub connection with zero backlash. This output shaft features a sealing ring designed per DIN 3760 - Design A to protect the motor from fluid penetration. As a result, the motor can be attached in dusty environments and moist rooms. It is protected by two integrated KTY84-130 thermal sensors for protecting it from irreversible damage due to thermal overload. The cooling mechanism of the motor comprises a mounted axial fan that generates air currents that are dissipated over the motor’s surface via air baffles. It is a product of standard oscillating quantity level A, dynamically balanced per EN 60034-14.
A single-turn absolute encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface is used for position detection in the MAD130C-0200-SA-S2-BG0-05-A1. It has a data memory where relevant motor parameters are filed to accelerate its startup since these parameters are set upon startup. A-sided fixed bearings are present in this MAD model for absorbing high circumferential radial forces. They consist of deep-groove ball bearings and have an extended service life in spite of circumferential radial forces. These bearings also allow the absorption of these radial forces and aid the motor’s noiseless operation. The frame shape of the motor allows its installation via flanged attachment. It is also coated with a black varnish with resistance against water, sewage, diluted acids, and lyes.
