Product Description
The MAD130C-0200-SA-S2-AP1-05-N1 is another exceptional asynchronous motor that is part of Bosch Rexroth's highly acclaimed IndraDyn series due to its exceptional power delivery and efficiency. This is one of the motors in the MAD series that has been developed to deliver high torque at low speeds and matchless efficiency in various industrial uses.
This motor possesses an inherent feedback capability to its current state and its angular velocity. The motor has maximum speed of 2000 rpm and internal windings of 3 pole pairs. These poles develop considerable power; therefore, the rotor has a mass moment of inertia of 0.108 kgm^2. Motor mass is 124 kg with the axial blower weight integrated but not the holding brake. The motor is also fitted with an electrically released braking system which has a braking torque of 80 Nm. Keyway and shaft sealing ring are fitted to the output shaft of the motor with closed lubricant on it. The material used in making this seal is rather immune to the effects of acids and oils.
The MAD130C-0200-SA-S2-AP1-05-N1 has standard bearings, and based on the datasheet, it can reach up to 6000 RPM, which are way beyond the operational speed of the motor Afterward, it shows the stability and reliability of the bearings if used for a long time. This motor also has a high thermal time constant of 30 minutes and hence its winding is well protected from temperature fluctuations.
It is allowable for this motor to be stored at a temperature of -20 to +80 deg C, the transportation temperature is also similar with storage temperature. For protection against electrical shocks the motor complies with the DIN VDE 0530-1 international standard and has an insulation class F. It has a very strong constructiveness to give high level of protection with protection rating of IP 65.
