Product Description
The MAD130C-0200-SA-M2-GP0-05-N1 is an industrial alternating current servo motor designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate as a reliable source of kinetic energy for production and processing applications. This industrial motor is a compact device with a housing that meets the IP65 protection class, the high degree of protection provided by the housing of the motor allows the motor to maintain a high operational efficiency even when it is being used in harsh environmental conditions such as mining areas and potentially explosive regions. The motor housing is also covered by a special prime black coating which is resistant against mildly corrosive liquid substances such as dilute acids, dilute alkali, seawater, sewage and mineral oil.
The MAD130C-0200-SA-M2-GP0-05-N1 industrial motor is designed with an axial fan which regulates the operational temperature of the motor via surface cooling. The configuration, installation, and general handling of this industrial motor are designed to be very easy and safe; however, this operational safety is only guaranteed if the motor is handled by well-trained engineers according to the instructions in the documentation supplied with the motor.
The MAD130C-0200-SA-M2-GP0-05-N1 alternating current motor features a multiturn Endat2.1 absolute encoder with about 2048 increments; this encoder accurately converts the operation of the motor into electrical signals that can be interpreted by a compatible intelligent drive controller and used to control the operation of the motor according to pre-determined configuration parameters. The kinetic energy generated by this motor is transmitted to industrial machines through a special output shaft fitted with a shaft sealing ring and balanced with an entire key. The permissible ambient operating temperature for this industrial motor falls between 0 to about 40 degree Celsius; however, when the motor is not in operation, it can withstand an ambient temperature of about 80 degrees Celsius.
