Product Description
The MAD130C-0200-SA-M2-AP0-05-N1 is a frame C servo motor that comes with a multi-turn absolute encoder. This encoder is designed to provide a resolution of 2048 increments per revolution and is capable of counting the number of turns. For every pulse of 5 volts square wave produced, this motor increases the increment count using the amplitude rising edge as the point to count the number of increments.
This particular servo motor requires 200 volts AC to 480 volts AC to operate and draws around 57 Amperes of current while generating a rated torque of 110 Nm. This motor can attain a speed of 2000 rotations per minute, and with the inclusion of standard ball bearings, this servo motor can go all the way up to 7500 rpm. At the peak speed of 7500 rotations per minute, this motor can generate a torque of 253 Nm for a period of 120 seconds. To make sure the motor runs smoothly, Rexroth recommends lubricating the motor and performing maintenance tasks after every 20,000 cycles of use to prolong the use of the motor and to provide efficient output.
To mount the motor perfectly, the MAD130C-0200-SA-M2-AP0-05-N1 offers flange-type mounting where the motor is attached to the system or component directly. This form of mounting is advantageous since it keeps the shaft perfectly aligned, prevents the motor from loosening up, and reduces vibrations in the overall motor system. The manufacturer recommends installing the motor at utmost 1000 meters above sea level; otherwise, the motor may function differently and follow derated specs, which are not the rated specifications for this motor, affecting the overall performance of the product.
