Product Description
MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-RG0-35-N3 is a high-performance IndraDyn A series motor developed and created by Bosch Rexroth. These motors can be used for all rotary drive applications, both as a servo motor or as a main-spindle motor. The motor is designed to operate optimally without the need for extensive maintenance and permits maintenance even during its operation. The motor is supplied with an attached cooling fan that blows air across the surface of the motor to help maintain a steady temperature for efficient performance.
The winding on the motor is 0150 with a rated torque of 117 Nm and a rated speed of 1500 rpm. The motor’s maximum speed was clocked at 275 Nm with a derating speed of 1000 rpm. The rated current of the motor is 48.9 A, while its continuous current at standstill was calculated to be 51.0 A. The maximum speed with standard bearing was 7500 rpm, and the thermal time constant was 50 min. The noise level of the machine from a distance of 1m was measured to be 70dB, while the total mass of the motor, including the blower, was weighed at 119 kg.
The motor has a plain shaft supplied with a shaft sealing ring. As for the encoder, the motor is provided with a singleturn absolute encoder with 2048 increments and an electrical connection to its right. The part lacks a holding brake and supports foot as well as flange mounting during installation. It comes with standard deep-groove ball bearings that work well in all IndraDyn motors. Finally, to ensure that the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-RG0-35-N3 operates optimally with greater balance, it has a vibration severity grade of S1, allowing the motor to work seamlessly during long operations.
