Product Description
MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-HQ0-05-N1 is a motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of its IndraDyn A series of motors. The motor is a housed asynchronous component that belongs to the widely popular and extensively used MAD version that uses air-cooling via a fixed fan unit to cool the motor. The motor has remarkable capabilities and can be used as either a servo motor or a main spindle motor, depending on how you want to use it. The motor is durable and works well in challenging conditions as well, owing to its international protection class IP65. However, they should be used in conditions specified in the manual.
MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-HQ0-05-N1 does not have a holding brake, but it does have an absolute encoder of the singleturn variety. The shaft is with key and balanced with entire key, however it does not come with a shaft sealing ring. The motor supports flange mounting only and does not allow foot mounting with machines. Since the motor uses air cooling as its cooling mechanism, it possesses a blower that operates at a current of 0.20-0.25 A and blows air from B towards the A side of the motor. The blower consumes between 139 and 208 VA and provides an average air flow rate of 100 m3/h.
Like all MAD130C motors, the motor's weight is 119 kilograms without adding the weight of the holding brake (if there is one) and including the weight of the axial fan. The motor's top speed is 275 Nm, while the maximum speed with standard bearings is calculated to be 7500 rpm. The motor's winding is 0150, which gives it a rated torque of 117 Nm and a rated power of 13.1 kW.
