Product Description
This servo motor, the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-BQ0-05-A1, is manufactured by Bosch. It is asynchronous by its very definition. The maximum speed of the brakes is 8000 units. This brake has a weight of eight kilograms. The calculation of the connection voltage for the holding brake is performed at a DC value of 24 ± 10% for both the electrically clamped and electrically released modes.
The torque under test is 117 Nm. The speed was 1,500 revolutions per minute. There is an estimate of 18.4 kW of power. A rating of 48.9 amps is the current rating. When it is in a static position, the rotor generates 125 Nm of torque. The derating speed is one thousand revolutions per minute. The requirements determine the maximum speeds that may be achieved with the bearing: the standard speed is 7500 nmax rpm, the coupling attachment speed is 5250, the reinforced speed is 7500, and the high-speed speed is 9,000.
On the motor side of the wires that are used to connect the motor encoder and the drive device, there must be a plug that is compatible with the motor. Both the flange socket associated with the motor encoder and the cable plug that originates from the drive controller are identical to one another. They are linked manually, by hand, without the use of any tools. It is possible to determine the shock load of the motors by determining the maximum acceleration that is allowed in non-stationary use, such as when the motors are being transported. Protect the motor from being damaged by avoiding shocks that are greater than the limitations that have been set. In accordance with the specification, the maximum shock load that can be tolerated shall be – for axial 10 m/s2 and for radial 150 m/s2.
