Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is keen on supplying only state-of-the-art drive solutions. When combined with the IndraDrive products, its MAD motors form intelligent drive solutions with a high power density and open functionality.
The MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-BG0-35-V1 is a model of the MAD motors designed by Bosch Rexroth. Its rated speed is 1,500 revolutions per minute, but it is built to attain a maximum speed of 7,500 revolutions per minute. It generates a maximum torque of 275.2Nm while accommodating a maximum current of 93.3A. Based on its sealed design corresponding with the demands of protection class IP 65 per IEC 60529, it can be used under poor environmental conditions with minimal risks of damage. This means it is touch-proof, dustproof, and safe from the penetration of water jets sprayed at it from different directions. Another protective feature of the motor is its temperature monitoring system comprising two sensitive PTC thermal sensors. They trigger protective responses and prevent permanent damage due to thermal overload.
Cooling occurs via surface cooling in the MAD130C-0150-SA-S2-BG0-35-V1. The cooling mechanism uses air currents generated by a mounted axial fan which are guided over the motor’s surface by air baffles. With the motor’s single-turn encoder with the EnDat 2.1 interface, precise position detection is guaranteed. There is a data memory feature with this encoder, aiding the motor’s quick startup by storing relevant parameters set upon startup. This model’s output shaft is plain and comes with a sealing ring, according to DIN 3760 - Design A. The output shaft provides a non-positive, non-floating shaft-hub connection and smooth running, while its sealing ring makes it suitable for attachment in dusty environments and moist rooms.
