Product Description
With MAD130C-0150-SA-S0-RG0-35-N3 users can use this motor in heavy-duty applications where machines require high rotational torques. This particular servo motor is designed to provide a torque of up to 117 Nm when at rated operating conditions running with a speed of 1500 rotations per minute. When rotating at a maximum speed of 7500 rpm, this servo motor can provide a torque of 275 Nm which is more than enough for heavy-lifting applications. This motor has a current rating of 48.9 Amperes at a torque constant of 3.1 Nm per ampere of current it draws from the power supply.
The motor also comes with a single-turn absolute encoder capable of moving the servo shaft at a much more accurate and fine rate by breaking one complete rotation into 1024 steps. The encoder on this motor can only allow the shaft to rotate once, and after reaching its maximum rotation limit of 360 degrees, the shaft will move back to its original homing position. Such shaft movement is perfect for applications such as CNC machines and routing drills.
To keep the motor attached to a firm base, the MAD130C-0150-SA-S0-RG0-35-N3 servo motor offers dual mounting options. The foot mounting allows the motor to be mounted to a stable base while the shaft remains perpendicular to the ground. This mounting option is perfect for pulley action or when used in a conveyor belt system. The second option is mostly used in industrial setups where flanges can allow this motor to be mounted radially with the system, helping keep the motor stable by reducing vibration and mounting the motor more rigidly. This motor has a reinforced body structure to help reduce vibrations in the body.
