Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth MAD130C-0150-SA-S0-FQ0-35-N1 asynchronous housing motor is used in a drive system along with a compatible drive controller from the same manufacturer. This motor is attached safely and properly to the machine by using pan head or hexagon screws and washers that comply with DIN EN ISO specifications. The product incorporates flange and foot mounting options. This device is attached to the machine using two foot plates when the foot mounting option is preferred. The unit must be assembled only after checking that its components are free of damage. It is prone to damage because of impacts on the output shaft. This motor is fitted with transmission elements using the centering hole.
The product must be connected with the manufacturer's cables. This device can be coated with an additional layer of paint of a maximum of 40 um thickness. The unit does not have an additional grounding connection. It uses an encoder for its feedback. This motor is not meant to be connected with faulty connections. The product comprises an insulation system with a high dielectric load in converter mode. This device is intended to be shut down only after switching off the protection switch of its fan. The unit may cause injury if there are errors during its activation. It must be stored properly after it is dismounted.
This motor needs a check to be done for the proper operation of its fan at least once every 1000 operating hours. The product is meant to be worked on for maintenance only by skilled personnel. This device restarts automatically after a power failure when voltage is applied. The unit tends to malfunction because of mechanical damage. Its windings depict a high temperature although the housing temperature is normal because of a wiring error. This asynchronous housing motor tends to vibrate if its bearings are worn-out.
