Product Description
With a high torque of 125 Nm, the MAD130C-0100-SA-S2-AH0-05-N1 from Rexroth is a perfect motor for high torque applications, capable of generating a rated speed of 1000 rotations per minute. This motor can operate under non-rated conditions as well but will only produce a speed of up to 500 rpm, which is sufficient for very low-speed test applications. This motor has low power requirements, as its power rating is 13.1 kW and requires 36.4 Amperes of current to operate.
With the option of high-speed bearings, the MAD130C-0100-SA-S2-AH0-05-N1 can produce a speed of up to 7500 rpm and provide a maximum speed torque of 308 Nm for a period of 2 minutes, after which it will return to its rated speed to prevent the motor from overheating. Speaking of overheating, this Asynchronous motor comes with a 400-volt AC Axial blower fan that has a flow rate of 1000 m³/h, allowing it to cool down much more quickly. The motor has an ambient temperature range between 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius and can be stored in a place with temperatures between -10 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius.
To help track the shaft position and rotate it accurately, the MAD130C-0100-SA-S2-AH0-05-N1 comes with a single-turn absolute encoder with a resolution of 2048 increments per rotation. This encoder allows the motor shaft to rotate only once. The encoder requires 5 volts DC to operate and generates 5-volt square wave pulses in order to register an increment, which helps calculate the current position and the number of square wave pulses needed in order to move to a specific position. This motor comes with a plain shaft design, perfect for gearbox operation.
