Product Description
Designed to be used in high-power industrial automation applications, the MAD130C-0100-SA-S0-FH5-05-N1 from Rexroth Indramat is a MAD series servo motor offering a continuous rotational torque of 125 Nm at nominal rated conditions while drawing a power of 13.1 kW and consuming 36.4 amperes of current. In a stand-still mode, when the shaft of the servo motor is locked in a given position, the MAD130C-0100-SA-S0-FH5-05-N1 can provide a rotational torque of 140 Nm, which is perfect for heavy-duty robotics, with a current rating of 39.2 Amperes. This motor can achieve a high speed of 7500 rpm, generating a torque of 308 Nm. The design is highly power efficient, as for every ampere of current that it draws, it provides 4.33 Nm of torque.
This motor has a frame size C, with a centering diameter of 130 mm and weighs approximately 119 kg, allowing it to be easily installed in a heightened position, especially since this motor supports flange-type mounting only. This mounting option is perfect for high-load applications, reducing stress on the motor shaft and aligning it perfectly with the connected coupler. The motor features a single-turn absolute encoder with a resolution of 512 increments per rotation and can count only one single rotation of the shaft, as it does not support multi-turn.
To communicate with motor controllers such as TDM and KDS, the MAD130C-0100-SA-S0-FH5-05-N1 comes with an EnDat 2.1 serial interface, which allows the motor and the encoder to establish a full-duplex communication channel to send and receive data. To reduce errors, it also supports both checksum error detection and CRC error check.
