With an axial fan, the motor takes the responsibility of evacuating all the heat from the internal components of the housing otherwise the life of the motor is affected badly. Additionally, it has a multiturn absolute encoder that provides precise and continuous positional feedback across multiple revolutions of a rotating shaft. Its functions go beyond just measuring position within a single revolution by also tracking the total number of full rotations, making it a critical component in various industrial and automation applications. It also comes with holding brakes that electrically clamp and generate a torque of 100 Nm aiding the motor in reducing the vibration and helping in emergency shut-off. The motor can be attached to any other surface with the help of the flanges and secured by bolts and screws. After successfully installing the motor, here comes the step of establishing an electrical connection. The connector, present on the right side of the housing helps in this regard and the standard bearings help in achieving higher speeds.
