Product Description
The Rexroth MAD130C-0050-SA-S0-AH0-05-NR is part of the IndraDyn A Series Asynchronous Motors MAD/MAF. This motor is air-cooled by a firmly attached Axial blower fan unit, which forces the ambient air across the surface of the motor. The blower requires 3 phase 400 volts or 3 phase 480 volts AC to operate. IndraDyn A motors can be used either as main-spindle motors or as servo motors for all rotary drive applications. The optimized design has international protection class IP65 for both motor and fan which allows for operation in adverse conditions. The easy-to-service construction reduces maintenance frequency and even allows maintenance during operation.
Combined with digital control devices from the IndraDrive series, this results in intelligent drive solutions with a high power density and open functions. The Rexroth MAD130C-0050-SA-S0-AH0-05-NR features the 0050 winding and has a rated speed of 500 rpm which can go up to 3000 rpm when using standard bearings. With the rated power of 7.3 watts and current draw of 19.7 Amperes, the Rexroth IndraDrive MAD130C-0050-SA-S0-AH0-05-NR motor can provide a torque constant of 9.31 Nm for every Ampere of current drawn. This motor has 3 poles which can be excited at different frequencies to vary and regulate the speed based on the application it's used for.
This motor has a duty cycle of 44% meaning it will be in a high state 44% of the time when a PWM control signal is applied to it. The motor also features a plain shaft without a shaft seal ring however this motor is IP 65 protected and can provide ingress protection and moisture protection. The drive has vibration severity grade R which is the lowest but this can be minimized when the motor is attached to a flange mount.
