Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDyn A motors are used as main and servo drives for all rotary driving tasks. One of the classes of motors in the series is the MAD asynchronous box motor. They are characterized by compact dimensions and high power density.
The MAD130C-0050-SA-M2-AH1-05-N1 is a model of the asynchronous box motors with squirrel-cage rotors in the MAD series by Bosch Rexroth. It is an air-cooled model featuring a mounted axial fan for generating cooling air currents. Air baffles guide these currents over the surface of the motor to eliminate the heat generated during its operation. The motor’s multiturn absolute encoder has the EnDat 2.1 interface and generates sinusoidal signals. Its design meets the standard of the IP 65 protection category per EN 60529, as it is touch-proof, dustproof, and safe from multidirectional water jets. This permits its safe use even under adverse environmental conditions. It can reach a maximum speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute.
A-sided fixed bearings are present in the MAD130C-0050-SA-M2-AH1-05-N1 to facilitate smooth rotation and support mechanical components within the motor. They consist of deep-groove ball bearings, which can operate at high speeds, making them ideal for applications that require rapid rotation. These bearings also accommodate high rotational speeds without excessive heat generation or premature wear. The motor is equipped with a plain output shaft without a sealing ring. This shaft provides a non-positive, non-floating shaft-hub connection, ensuring the smooth running of the motor. The MAD model is dynamically balanced in li with the requirements of EN 60034-14 and standard oscillating quantity level A. It also has 3 pole pairs and a rotor moment of inertia of 0.180000 kgm2.
