Rexroth Bosch's MAD130C-0050-SA-M2-AG1-35-N1 has a multi-turn absolute encoder with 2048 increments. It counts the total number of turns. This encoder provides a different code to every position within a rotation and retains count on the position data across several turns. It doesn't need adjustments even after the power supply has been interrupted and this has the ability of the motor to resume from its last known position. This feature is particularly important in advanced automation systems like robots, production lines and Computer Numerical Control or CNC machines, where continuous position measuring is fundamental for the effectiveness of the motor.
This motor has flange and foot mounting for the convenience of the installation process.
