Product Description
Having a reliable motor that can deliver continuous mechanical power is the key to a successful motor-dependent system. In the unfortunate event of a motor failure, the mechanical system will inevitably fail to produce anything substantial and productive. For this reason, Rexroth Bosch has made it their company’s mission to deliver not only the strongest but also the most reliable AC motors available on the market today. When it comes to reliability, the MAD motor series by Rexroth is the standard. With several frame types, sizes, and winding classifications to choose from, it’s almost impossible to not get an appropriate MAD motor for your desired application.
Derived from the MAD motor series, the MAD130B-0200-SA-S2-AQ0-05-N1 offers an impressive set of qualities that set it apart from its counterparts. Equipped with SA cooling, this original product by Rexroth Bosch has a cycle time of 10 minutes. At nominal driving conditions, the motor shaft runs at a rating of 2000 rev/min to drive loads at a constant torque of 80 Nm. Based on its nameplate, the output power of this motor model is constant at 16.8 kW. Throughout its operation, a single-turn absolute encoder generates pulses that signify the shaft’s relative position at any given time. When coupled with Indramat’s best-performing drives, the MAD130B-0200-SA-S2-AQ0-05-N1's parameters may be monitored and adjusted accurately during operation.
The MAD130B-0200-SA-S2-AQ0-05-N1 has dedicated screws to fix the motor at different orientations through its flange. Based on Rexroth’s guide, this motor model has a shaft type of Q, implying the presence of a balanced full-key. Instead of the electrical connector attached on side B, the MAD130B-0200-SA-S2-AQ0-05-N1's connector is on side A, the same side containing the motor shaft.
