With MAD130B-0200-SA-S2-AH0-05-A1, users can control their industrial machine gearboxes much more easily thanks to its torque rotation rating of 80 Nm with a speed of 2000 rotations per minute. This motor is perfect for both robotics and drilling applications as well since it has high torque and high-speed rating along with a smooth shaft that is connected to a coupler for connecting a drilling or routing tool. The balanced shaft design makes it easier for the load to be uniformly distributed on the shaft to reduce radial stress.
This motor has an operating voltage range of 168 volts to 480 volts AC and requires a 3-phase connection since the motor is a 3-pole design with an input voltage frequency range of 50 to 60 Hz. To regulate the speed of the motor, the operator can alternate the input frequency of the voltage to change the speed of the motor by staying within the frequency range limit. To control the motor shaft more accurately, the MAD130B-0200-SA-S2-AH0-05-A1 comes with a single-turn absolute encoder that has an increments rating of 2048 increments for one complete rotation. This encoder generates 5-volt square wave pulses whenever an increment is registered, allowing the control module to know the position of the shaft based on the number of square wave peaks achieved.
To keep the motor protected in an industrial setup, Rexroth has integrated Ingress Protection of up to IP 65 in all of their MAD series of servo motors to prevent the motor from corroding over time, helping further prolong the life of the motor. This motor also offers class F insulation against fires of up to 170 degrees in temperature.
