Product Description
The MAD130B-0200-SA-M2-HG0-05-N1 is an Asynchronous motor from the Rexroth IndraDyn A series. This motor is designed to be used as both a servo and a spindle motor. Typical applications include Machine tools, printing machines, packaging, and metal forming machines. This motor has a power rating of 16.8 kW and a current consumption rating of 43 Amperes, making it suitable for high-load applications. The permissible circumferential radial force when using R-type bearings is approximately 1000 N or 40 N with 'N', 'H', and 'V' type bearings
For ventilation, this motor has an Axial blower design that has mounted skew blades on the shaft that pull air inwards allowing the motor to cool down. The blower requires the motor to operate at 400 to 480 Volts AC, 3-phase, and consumes a maximum power of 208 VA. The average flow rate of this axial blower is 1000 m³/h. The nominal speed this motor can attain is 2000 rpm with a standstill torque of 85 Nm and at maximum speed, the standstill torque can increase up to 185 Nm.
To protect the motor against dust and moisture the motor enclosure is IP 65-protected, with configurations such as an Output shaft with shaft seal and Output shaft with labyrinth seal to choose from. The Insulation class according to DIN VDE 0530-1 is class F this allows the motor to withstand high temperatures of up to 155 degrees Celsius (311 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes, although the rated operating temperature recommended by the manufacturer is less than 40 degrees Celsius for optimal performance. The motor can also be stored and transported at a temperature between 20 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius.
