Product Description
The powerful MAD130B-0200-SA-M2-BH0-35-N1 asynchronous motor brings reliable muscle to industrial applications. Rated for continuous operation at 2000 rpm, it can output up to 150 Nm of torque through its efficient magnetic circuit design. At its thermal limit, it can even achieve 341 Nm of momentary peak torque to handle spike demands.
Drawing 147 A at 31.4 kW rated power allows smooth driving of sizable mechanical systems. In short bursts, the motor can reach 49.8 kW maximum power output for accelerating heavy loads or overcoming static friction. Its strong 155 degree Celsius insulation enables sustained operation in hot environments near machinery. Keeping components cool inside the motor is a large axial blower. The blower moves air through ducted vents to efficiently dissipate heat from windings and magnets without external cabinet cooling. Insulated winding heads and Class F insulation further protect against thermal and electrical issues.
For precise motion control and positioning, the motor includes an absolute multi-turn encoder. The encoder outputs 2048 sine and cosine wave increments for highly granular position feedback to 1Vss resolution. This allows sub-degree accuracy in sensing rotor position during startup or while in motion. A plain shaft extends straight from the motor housing without additional seals or bearings. This simplifies mechanical integration into a variety of coupling or gearing configurations. Internally, two KTY84-130 temperature sensors monitor winding temperature to safeguard the motor against overheating.
