Product Description

Asynchronous motors also called induction motors, are the most commonly used motors in industries. These Rexroth Bosch's motors work by transforming electric energy to mechanical energy by use of electromagnetic induction. The term "asynchronous" means that the rotor never rotates as fast as the magnetic field of its stator. A rotor provides torque to move the motor. These MAD asynchronous motors have applications in fans and pumps, conveyor belts, iron etc. The motor consists of two main parts: the rotor and the stator.

In stator windings when supplied with an electric current, it develops a revolving magnetic field. In this field, an electro-motive force is created in the rotor which results in its magnetic field. This instant interaction between the two magnetic fields leads to the rotation of the rotor and the development of mechanical power. The MAD130B-0200-SA-M0-BH0-05-N1 motor has an electrical connection on the B side, which refers to the opposite side of the shaft. This connection is versatile during installation mainly if the A side area is restricted. Placement of the connection on the B side enables the operators to provide power and control wires without disturbance of the other components.

Standard bearings offer benefits such as fine rotation, reduced friction, smooth running, increased efficiency, and low energy consumption. These bearings have better vibration-controlling capacity, enhancing motor stability and life expectancy and reducing maintenance expenses. Thus, it is better to locate the connection on the B side of the motor as it provides flexibility in organizing the wiring and easy maintenance. This positioning helps in maintaining a clean working environment, also there are less chances of damaging the motor accidentally, thus helping in increasing efficiency.
