They have launched their exclusive series of asynchronous motors which are also called induction motors. Due to their simpler construction, they have slower operating speeds as compared to the speed of synchronous motors. MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-KP0-35-A1 is the asynchronous servo motor of the MAD series.
The size of this asynchronous motor is 130 and the winding is 0150. The rated current of these motors is 34.9 A however the maximum current can reach up to 71 A. The rated power is 13.3 kW but the maximum power can reach up to 27.4 kW. The key speed is 1000 rpm but the maximum speed is 1500 rpm. 85 Nm is the rated torque and the maximum torque of these motors is 200 Nm. The duty cycle time of 0150 is 10 minutes and the thermal time constant is 45 minutes. When the shaft of the motor is not rotating, the continuous torque will be 95 Nm and the continuous current will be 37.4 A.

To keep the motors functioning properly, the cooling system comprises axial propellor-like fans. As the electric motor generates heat, the spinning blades of the axial fan create airflow and remove the heat from the motor housing system with a 3×400 V connection voltage. This airflow system consumes 139 - 208 VA of power and the medium air voltage is 1000 m3/h. It offers promising resistance to water and dust infiltration as it belongs to the IP65 motor protection class.
