Product Description
The spindle motor (MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-DK0-35-N1) is made by the Rexroth Bosch group. Rexroth products have protective terminals and connectors with voltages ranging from 0 to 50 volts that are designed in compliance with international electrical safety standards. These motors don't have a rotor that generates electrical power by conduction, unlike DC motors. There is no external device of any kind within these electric motors that operates the blades. Consequently, the variable magnetic induction intensity is the primary determinant of the blade velocity.
The MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-DK0-35-N1 motor has an optimized design that offers an international protection level of IP65 for both the fan and motor and F-class insulation, allowing for operation in harsh environments. The direction of airflow of the axial fan is fixed and moves the air current from B to A side of the motor with a flow rate of 1000 m³ per hour. The MAD130B type code depicts the motor series (MAD), size (130) and length (B) respectively. Every position inside a revolution is given a coded absolute position value by the single-turn encoder. This allows for the calculation of the shaft's acceleration and velocity for application control.
This STG encoder is considered a good fit because it produces 2048 distinct positions of the rotor with the help of an interface in a single rotation. The shaft of the motor is covered with a seal made up of PTFE and FKM. The motor's internal and external components are balanced with the help of an entire key and reliable mounting (flange and foot) to attain the standard vibration level (R). The standard bearings are primarily designed to prevent the direct interaction of metals with each other in relative motion.
