Product Description
The Rexroth MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-BG0-05-R1 is a 92 kg AC Asynchronous servo motor that comes with a compact frame size of B and a centering diameter of 130 mm. This servo motor is designed to provide a torque of 80 Nm while providing a nominal continuous speed of 1500 rpm along with a power rating of 12.6 kW. To operate this motor, the Rexroth MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-BG0-05-R1 requires 160 to 480 volts AC with a 3-phase configuration, each responsible for energizing the 3 poles of the servo motor. The input voltage has a frequency rating of 50 to 60 Hz.
To mount the motor onto a flange, the Rexroth MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-BG0-05-R1 comes with a flange mount support which is perfect for applications where torque transmission is the priority, especially in gearbox systems. The shaft on this motor is a plain shaft design that is designed with torque transmission and smooth torque multiplication. The motor design is very efficient electrically as it has a torque constant ratio of 2.96 Nm of torque for every ampere of current that this motor draws from the power supply. The rotor inertia for this motor design is also very low as it is 0.084 kgm², which is perfect for quick acceleration and deceleration, especially for applications where timing is very critical.
For applications where shaft positioning is critical, the Rexroth MAD130B-0150-SA-S2-BG0-05-R1 is also capable of providing accurate shaft positioning with the help of a single-turn absolute encoder which has a step resolution of 2048 steps and relies on the EnDat 2.1 digital encoder interface for a smooth and error-free serial communication channel which comes with CRC error detection and checksum error checks to ensure accurate data is being exchanged between the motor and the motor controller.
