Product Description
The asynchronous motor MAD130B-0150-SA-M2-HK0-05-A1 from Bosch Rexroths Indradyn A series is intended for use in main spindle and servo applications. They have a linked fan unit for cooling, and the fan itself is replaceable even when the motor is running. The Indradyn A series offers motors with varying driving power and interface options to suit various applications. Induction motors deliver consistent torque up to the specified speed without derating.
The 0150 type winding of the motor has an integrated thermal sensor that controls the temperature when the drive controller's diagnostic system indicates extremely high winding temperature readings via the control software or display. There is only one wired PTC sensor, while the plug housing contains the wiring for the extra sensor. The MAD130B motor has an external cooling system (axial fan). The motor blower operates independently of the driving device and is attached to the electrical supply system by a cable or motor-protecting switch.
This Indradyn A motor has a multiturn integrated encoder. One major advantage of the MTG encoder is that it runs entirely on batteries and can increase the turn count even when it is not powered. The motor is not equipped with a retaining brake, and it has a simple shaft and flange installation. The speed of the motor depends on its mechanical construction, like bearings. Standard bearings are employed for this reason because of their simple layout, ease of maintenance, resistance to working conditions, and versatility across a wide variety of applications.
