Product Description
The Rexroth Group has made its name in the field of industrial control and motion equipment. The company has specialized in the manufacturing of electrical drives, converters, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, brake resistors, and motors. It continues to innovate and upgrade its technologies. You can find state-of-the-art equipment which offers reliability and value for money. The IndraDyn A asynchronous housing motors from the Rexroth Group are widely used because of their feature flexibility and easy mounting options.
The MAD130B-0150-SA-M2-BQ5-35-N1 comes from the series of air-cooled asynchronous housing motors at Rexroth. These motors are designed to meet heavy-duty specifications and can be integrated smoothly to any assembly or transmission unit. This motor has a rated power of 13.35 Kilowatts and a rated speed of 1500 rpm. The rated torque is 85 Nm. As far as extreme performance values are concerned, the motor can go up to 9000 rpm and generate a torque up to 200 Nm. At maximum torque, it can eek up to 71.01 Amps of current. The rated current is less than half of it i.e. 34.9 Amperes.
The motor has a flange-type mounting with a frame size of 130. There is a cooling fan to ensure temperature control during operation. The motor is enclosed in an IP65 casing that allows it to work under harsh conditions. It also features standard heavy-duty bearings that qualify to vibration severity as per DIN EN 60034-14. For speed feedback, there is a multi-turn absolute encoder having 2048 periods. It generates a sinusoidal signal of 1Vss and operates at 7 to 12 Volts. The motor can be electrically connected through a terminal box or a flanged socket present at the B side of this motor. The motor shaft comes with a balanced complete key without and shaft sealing ring.
