Product Description
High-performance asynchronous motor for challenging industrial applications is the Bosch Rexroth MAD130B-0100-SA-S2-HH0-05-N1 motor from the IndraDyn A series. This motor has a rated power output of 11.7 kW when it runs at 500 rpm and has a winding standard of 0100. It has a strong rated torque of 112 Nm. The motor is capable of maintaining a constant torque of 116 Nm at standstill with a continuous current of 29.3 Amperes at standstill, however it needs a rated current of 28.4 Amperes. This motor has a top torque of 255 Nm and a torque constant of 4.25 Nm/A at 20C.
With a thermal time constant of 15 minutes and a rotor moment of inertia of 0.079 kgm, this motor has a robust structure. It consists of three pairs of poles and requires a minimum power cable cross-section of 6 mm. Furthermore, the motor has an 8 kg holding brake that can handle allowable braking energy up to 30,000 Ws and run at a maximum speed of 8000 rpm. In addition, 2.8 liters of coolant has to pass through the motor each minute in order to offset the 1.9 kW of power loss. The motor satisfies DIN VDE 0530-1 insulation class "F" requirements and has an IP65 international protection grade, which ensures its longevity and guards against water and dust intrusion.
The MAD variant of the IndraDyn A series features an air-cooling system that is made feasible by a fixed fan unit that pushes outside air across the motor's surface. It is important staff follow all installation and safety instructions supplied by Bosch Rexroth for the best and safest use. If Bosch Rexroth has not given its express approval, the motor may not be physically modified or used in situations where it is not intended, such as in extremely hot or cold environments or underwater. The lifetime and dependable operation of the motor are contingent upon proper installation and maintenance carried out in compliance with the supplied instructions.
