Product Description
The MAD100D-0200-SA-M2-EP0-05-A1 motor is a variant of the IndraDyn range, which includes motors of high strength and power designed by Rexroth Bosch. These motors are not intended to withstand high temperatures or extensive temperature fluctuations. The asynchronous spindle motors are simple, strong, and require little maintenance, making them exceptionally reliable and particularly used in industries such as manufacturing. The MAD motor, when connected to a suitable machine, produces a linked device of high power density.
The special winding (0200), exterior surface cooling, absolute encoder, interface, electrical connection, driving shaft, balance key, flange mounting, and standard vibration of the MAD100D-0200-SA-M2-EP0-05-A1 motor make it efficient. The rotor is a moveable part that is mechanically integrated with the motor. The MAD series motor's structure is flexible enough to be maintained while it is in use. The rotor's rotational frequency of an asynchronous motor differs from the rotating field frequency generated in the air gap. The housing of the motor is coated with black 2K-Epoxydharz.
The motor's heat control relies primarily on the connected axial fans. In order to keep the motor from overheating and guarantee that it runs as intended, axial fans are essential for dispersing that heat. The multi-turn encoder is used for measuring greater distances of linear movement because a linear encoder is not viable or cost-effective and when the pivotal point of revolution is inaccessible. The driving shaft of this motor contains a complete balancing key and sealing ring, making it more balanced and protected than any other motor in the Indradyn series. International standards specify the MAD100D motor's specified vibration level in order to prevent overheating from low vibration or resulting friction.
