Product Description
Part of the IndraDyn A series of servo motors, the MAD100D-0150-SA-S2-BQ0-35-N1 is a 3-pole servo motor designed to be less complex and efficient. To power this motor, it requires a minimum of 200 volts of AC supply with a 3-phase configuration and an input frequency of 50 to 60 Hz. This servo motor has a speed rating of 1500 rpm and can provide a nominal torque of 59 Nm. When operating in non-rated conditions, this servo motor has a speed rating of 1000 rpm. At the maximum speed of 9000 rpm, this servo is capable of producing a torque of 141 Nm.
To move the shaft to the desired position accurately, the MAD100D-0150-SA-S2-BQ0-35-N1 comes with a single-turn absolute encoder. This absolute encoder has a resolution of 2048 increments, allowing the motor shaft to rotate finely in 2048 steps per single rotation, enabling the operator to move the shaft to the requested position with minimal error. The encoder relies on the EnDat 2.1 protocol developed by HEIDENHAIN, primarily used for transmitting both digital position values and additional data from the encoder to the motor control system. This communication method is purely digital and is not affected by noise. It also offers two-way communication, enabling not only position data to be sent to the controller but also parameters and diagnostics to be read or adjusted from the encoder.
This motor can be mounted with both flange mounting as well as foot mounting options, allowing this motor to be installed in various positions exclusive to the applications it is being used for. The connectors of this motor are placed on the back side, keeping the wirings tidy.
