MAD100D-0100-SA-S2-AK1-35-N1 Is an asynchronous motor that has a pre-determined size of 100 and a fixed length D. Hot air is extracted from motors using an axial fan. Depending on the type of bearing, the axial fan's operating range is typically -10 to 70, and it requires little power to run. The single-turn (S2) encoder measures 2048 points for each spin using a predetermined starting position and interface. The machine elements are aligned to the shaft, which is protected and balanced by a sealing ring and a half-key.
The holding brake of 24 Nm is electrically released and the motor features flange mounting consisting of a flat projecting rim on its side. The flange has holes for securing its attachment to a mounting surface. Foot mounting however is equipped with mounting lugs on its base. Its installation is easy as compared to flange mounting.
