This particular model would be great for applications such as packaging machinery and textile spinning machines. At a maximum speed, this motor offers more than double the torque of up to 146 Nm. With the help of standard bearing, this motor can achieve a maximum speed of up to 9000 rotations per minute for up to 3.6 minutes.
To move the motor shaft more accurately, the MAD100D-0100-SA-S2-AG0-35-N1 features a single-turn absolute encoder that uses the EnDat 2.1 digital communication protocol. The encoder has a step resolution of 2048 steps and also has an onboard memory to store the last known shaft position which is handy during power loss situations. The encoder uses 5-volt square wave signals which are sent out in pulses to count the number of steps passed. Once all 2048 steps are counted, the motor completes a full rotation.
To help keep the motor mounted on a stable surface, the MAD100D-0100-SA-S2-AG0-35-N1 offers both foot mounting and flange mounting options. These mountings help the motor reduce vibrations by keeping it stable and secure. This motor has a noise level rating of 70 dB from a distance of 1 meter. It has an IP protection rating of IP 65 and an insulation rating of class F protecting it against fires with a maximum temperature of up to 170 degrees Celsius. This motor is designed to operate at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius and can withstand a maximum humidity of 95% while being stored in an environment with a maximum temperature of 80 degrees Celsius.
