From their collection of asynchronous motors, MAD100D-0100-SA-M2-AH0-05-A1 is one of the finest motors which have a variety of applications in industrial machinery, automotive industry, home appliances, power tools, etc.
With size 100 and length D, it is sufficient to generate power for small to medium-sized appliances. The winding of the motor is 100 and the mass without holding the brake but with the fan is 72 kg. The moment of inertia is 0.0392 kgm2 and the power cross-wire section is 2.5 mm2. The discharge capacity of MAD100D is 11 nF and the number of pole pairs is 3. The duty cycle time of the motor is 10 minutes and the optimal temperature of the surrounding environment at which this motor has higher efficiency and durability ranges between 0 ℃ to 40 ℃. The sound pressure level at a 1 m distance with 4 kHz Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is 70 (+3) dB (A) and the motor takes 30 minutes to reach about 63.2 % of its final temperature when the ambient temperature is changed suddenly. The rated torque value is 64 Nm but it can reach up to the maximum torque value of 146 Nm and the torque constant at 20 ℃ is 4.5 Nm.
The vibration severity grade of this motor is R and it can be attached to any surface or machinery via flange mounting. MAD100D lacks a holding brake and shaft sealing ring as well but a connector is present on the side A of the motor through which an electrical connection can be established. The multi-turn absolute encoder and the axial fan-supported cooling system ensure that this motor is suitable enough to generate mechanical power for appliances and equipment.
