The MAD100D-0050-SA-S2-KK0-35-N1 part of the MAD100 series of Asynchronous motors is a very high-speed servo motor that has a maximum speed rating of 10000 rpm as it comes with V1 type bearings. This motor has a rated speed of 1500 rpm while offering a continuous rotational torque of 155 Nm while drawing a current of 65.1 Amperes. At the maximum speed, this motor generates a rotational torque of 375 Nm but for a very brief period of time.

With the inclusion of an absolute encoder attached to the rear end of the motor shaft, this servo motor can track the position of the servo motor by continuously sending out the position feedback to the motor controller. The absolute configuration of the encoder allows the servo to send Word data bytes directly to the motor controller through the EnDat 2.1 encoder interface. The absolute configuration is better since it does not send out data continuously even when not requested, keeping the communication lines free of load and reducing the chances of transmission errors.
