Product Description
The MAD100D-0050-SA-S2-HP0-35-N1 motors comprises state-of-the-art motors with squirrel cage rotors and modern motion control features. Bosch Rexroth designs and develops their motors in a broad power spectrum and winding types. The MAD100D asynchronous motor comes with/without the holding brakes. Holding brakes can be ordered if needed. This model can operate silently with a sound pressure level controlled at 70 (+/- 3) dB[A]. It has a 72 kg mass, excluding the holding brakes, which requires careful handling during transportation and installation.
The MAD100D series of asynchronous motor is from the Indramat IndraDyn family. It is a series of rapid-response servo motors optimized for high-precision motion and accurate positioning. The MAD100D asynchronous motors are equipped with a single-turn absolute encoder module, which functions using the EnDat 2.1 interface for efficient data transfer. Its 2048 incremental steps make it possible to read the shaft position continuously. This model is limited to power devices that require a maximum velocity of 3,000 revolutions per minute. The motor can be mounted in the desired orientation using its flange with four standard holes. The ‘35’ in the type code denotes that it can also be mounted using foot style. Its standard bearing allows smooth operation and maintenance-free running life.
This asynchronous motor falls in category 155 insulation. The ‘1’ at the end of the type code denotes its compliance with the vibration severity ‘1’ according to the DIN standard. It is cooled by an axial blower, which exchanges fresh air with the hot one. The asynchronous motor operates using three pole pairs and should be powered with a wire of cross-section 1.5 square mm. The motor must be configured for specific use. Only a trained personnel or commissioning engineer may be awarded the job.
