The MAD100C-0200-SA-S2-BP0-05-N3 is an asynchronous industrial motor produced by Rexroth Indramat to operate in combination with an intelligent drive controller and form a rapid response automatization system that can meet the kinetic energy requirements of a wide range of industrial machines including textile machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. This industrial motor is under ideal industrial conditions; it features a durable housing unit that contains a high metal content and meets the IP67 protection class. The motor is also covered by a prime black coating that prevents the motor from deteriorating, which can be caused by a direct interaction between the motor and chemically active liquid substances such as seawater, dilute acids, and alkali, and mineral oil.
The MAD100C-0200-SA-S2-BP0-05-N3 industrial motor features an easy-to-service structure, allowing it to operate at the highest level for a long period without the risk of sudden machine breakdown. This industrial asynchronous motor features an internal single-turn encoder which accurately converts the physical operation of the motor into electrical signals that can be interpreted by the drive controller and used to control the operation of the motor according to pre-determined configuration parameters. The MAD100C-0200-SA-S2-BP0-05-N3 industrial motor features two electrical connectors, the power and the motor feedback connectors. The connectors serve as interfaces through which the power and the motor feedback cable can enter the motor housing.
