Product Description
With a change in the performance and reliability requirements of industrial applications, Bosch Rexroth manufactured the Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn A asynchronous motors. These motors are available as either air or liquid cooled. For feedback, these motors are designed with either a single-turn absolute encoder, a multi-turn absolute encoder, an incremental encoder, or with any factory-mounted feedback device. Note that electrical connections to the motor are meant to be done through a flange socket or a terminal box. To prevent accidental rotation of the motor’s shaft, Bosch Rexroth motors are optionally available with an integrated holding brake with varying holding torques.
The MAD100C-0200-SA-S2-AH0-05-N2 is a synchronous motor designed and manufactured by Rexroth. It falls in the Rexroth IndraDyn family of motors. The motor has rated torque, speed, power and current of 45 N-m, 2000 revolutions per minute, 9.4 kilowatts, and 25.7 Amperes respectively. The motor can reach maximum speeds of 9000 revolutions per minute and 6300 revolutions per minute when it has standard bearing and coupling attachment respectively. The motor is sensitive to high temperatures. Therefore, for the MAD100C-0200-SA-S2-AH0-05-N2 to provide optimal performance, it should be operated in an industrial environment with an ambient temperature ranging from a minimum of 0.0 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 40.0 degrees Celsius.
The Bosch Rexroth MAD100C-0200-SA-S2-AH0-05-N2 should be transported or stored in an environment with a surrounding temperature ranging from -20 degrees Celsius and +80 degrees Celsius. Whether being stored or operated, the motor should not be exposed to extreme relative humidity levels with condensation. The motor supports A-side electrical connections and a single-turn absolute encoder for feedback. Note that due to the electromagnetic fields produced by the motor, persons with metal implants or heart pacemakers are not supposed to operate the motor.
