The Rexroth motor generation IndraDyn A consists of asynchronous box motors with squirrel-cage rotor, it is available as MAD series with surface ventilation by solidly connected fan unit. IndraDyn A motors have compact dimensions and can be used as main and servo drives for all rotary driving. The optimized design with safety class IP65 for motor and fan allows for operation in adverse conditions. Easy-to-service construction reduces maintenance frequency and allows maintenance during operation. Furthermore, IndraDyn A motors with ATEX design can be used in hazardous areas under certain preconditions. MAD100C-0200-SA-M2-AH0-05-A1 is a powerful product of this series. The technical specifications of the same are; a torque of 45 Nm & the torque is capped at 105 Nm. Weighing in at 59 kg & a moment of inertia of 0.0284 kgm2. The power output is 9.4 Kw & maximum output 19.3 Kw. This motor has non-standard bearing type. The shaft type is plain shaft & does not have an output shaft sealing ring. mechanical service life of bearings of this motor is 30,000 hours. The insulation Class according to DIN EN 60034-1is 'F'. The vibration severity grade is 'R.'
The cooling of this motor is done by a solidly connected fan unit, blowing from B to A. The power consumption is 83-100 VA & the fan flow is 0.12. This motor can be optioned with a holding brake to prevent free backlash of the servo axes when not in use. The transmittable torque of the holding brake available is 30 Nm, rated current is 0.9 A, max. permissible braking energy is 20,000 Ws. Disconnection time being 50 Ms & connection time being 42 Ms. It comes with a one-year warranty.
