MAD100C-0200-SA-C0-KP0-05-N1 is the asynchronous, self-started, servo motor that is used in a variety of electrical appliances to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. The winding of these motors is 0200 and the size is 100. To keep the motor cool for efficient functioning, an axial fan is used in the cooling system. This fan requires a connection voltage of 3×400 v and consumes 83 VA - 100 VA of power.
The translation of the rotational movement of a shaft into a series of electrical pulses is conducted by an incremental encoder with 2048 increments. The number of pole pairs is 3 which enables the motor to spin at a faster speed at a given AC frequency and lower torque but at higher speeds. The mass value without holding the brake and with the fan is 59 kg and the discharge capacity is 8.5 nF. The terminal box connection is at the B side of the housing and the shaft is balanced with the entire key with a shaft sealing ring and has a N standard bearing. The motor can be attached to any other surface or device by flange mounting.
The MAD100C motors operate at a rated torque of 45 Nm but can reach up to 105 Nm. It rotates at a key speed of 1500 rpm however the maximum rotating speed is 2000 rpm. The rated current consumption is 25.7 A whereas the current consumption can be increased up to 47.3 A. The moment of inertia is 0.0284 kgm2 which enhances the acceleration and deceleration of the motor. Due to the IP65 protection class certification, the motor is prone to all kinds of minute dust particles and water sprays.
