Product Description
The MAD100C-0150-SA-S2-AH0-35-A1 IndraDyn A line motor is manufactured by the Rexroth Indramat enterprise. The winding of the MAD100C motor improves the efficiency of the motor to attain 1500 revolutions of the motor shaft per minute. The motor's maximum output is achieved when the rotor is spinning at 1500 rpm. MAD motors can only be operated with blowers. Air currents are directed through air plates across the motor's surface to maintain the temperature of the housing. Cooling is accomplished with the use of an axial blower.
The minimum distance between the motor and the blower is maintained to provide the maximum air volume to the casing. The stator has built-in temperature sensors to protect the motor from permanent damage due to overheating. In a de-energized state, the machine's axes are not controlled by any holding brake. The absolute accuracy of the incremental encoder is ± 0.0056° (± 20" ). To determine the exact position of the rotor, the encoder's precision is crucial, as even a small inaccuracy might result in serious consequences for the application.
The plain shaft ensures a zero-backlash, friction-type and vibration-free connection between the shaft and hub. DIN 42955 specifies the concentration and position tolerances for the mounting flange and shaft end. The 3 pole pairs provide a more precise distribution of magnetic field and balance the torque and speed of the three-phase motor at a nominal voltage of 400 volts. The IndraDyn A line motor is designed to be used in both industrial and everyday devices. For all IndraDyn motors, a certificate of conformity is available. This confirms that the construction of the motor is according to the current EC guidelines and EN standards.
