Product Description
The MAD100C-0100-SA-S2-HQ0-05-N1 is an asynchronous servo motor by Bosch Rexroth. Asynchronous motors are designed for use as rotary main and servo drive motors in applications such as machine tools, printing machines, metal-forming machines, and more. This motor is an air cooled asynchronous motor with a mounted axial fan. The fan ensures that the motor is thermo protected and can be dismounted for maintenance purposes and remounted. The frame of the motor is size 100 with a length of C. The unit has a safety class rating of IP 65 which allows for operation even in poor environmental conditions. The motor is designed to be low maintenance and features an easy-to-service structure that allows maintenance work to be carried out during ongoing operation.
The motor has a Rated Torque of 50.0 with a Rated Speed of 1000. The motor provides a constant torque (rated torque) until the rated speed is reached. To facilitate electrical connection, the unit has connectors on Side B of the motor. It is also equipped with a Singleturn Absolute, 2048 increments encoder. The mounting style of this model is flange mounting. It comes with a standard bearing.
The output shaft of the motor comes with a keyway that is equipped with a complete key, balanced. The shaft does not include a sealing ring. The unit does not come with an intergrated holding brake.
